Employee engagement is a high priority at Sensitech, and our management team supports the philosophy of “treating our employees as well as we treat our customers." We promote open communication within our organization. One of the ways in which we gather feedback is through our Employee Engagement Survey. Each Sensitech location has a team of employees that drives action plans to support this focus on engagement, making Sensitech a great place to work. We have received recognition from Carrier Corporation for our high levels of employee engagement, including winning the Carrier’s President Award for Employee Engagement in 2008.
In addition, our business unit was the recipient of the Carrier’s President Award for Financial Performance in 2009, and the recipient of the Willis Carrier All Around Performance Award in 2009.
